How does ordering from the sales page work?
You pick a pack, enter your details at the secure checkout and pay there. The steps below are the general path; the sales page decides the exact screens.
We have not been able to read the sales page ourselves, so we do not describe its forms. Delivery times and shipping costs are not shown in the files we have. Check them at checkout and read our shipping notes first.
