Do not take capsules from a broken seal. Photograph the box, the bottle and the seal, then call the desk.
Wrong item or count
A bottle should hold 30 capsules as listed. Photograph what you received and write down the lot number.

Arginine can lower blood pressure, so blood pressure medicines, nitrates and sildenafil-type medicines are on the caution list (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
