We say we cannot show that it works. No study has tested VapoCept, and none we found shows these seven lines improve memory, focus or clarity.
NIH's NCCIH says direct evidence that supplements prevent or treat dementia is lacking (NCCIH, 7 things to know: supplements and cognitive function). The label amounts, 40 to 200 mg, are far below the grams a day used in arginine and citrulline research (Dong 2011, Oral L-arginine and blood pressure meta-analysis).
