This website is an information site for VapoCept. It has no checkout, no account and no form that takes card details, so orders and payment data are handled on the brand's separate sales page. We receive only what you choose to email us. Questions about your data go to the website inbox, and order questions go to the order desk.

Vapocepts runs this site as the U.S. stocking partner for VapoCept. We are not the manufacturer. We publish product information and the sources behind it.
The one thing we hold is what you send us. If you write to our inbox, we see your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to fix pages.
This policy describes the pages as we built them on October 27, 2026. If you see something different on your screen, tell us and we will look into it.

Does this site use cookies or trackers?
The page code we wrote sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts and styles come from the same site.
Like most web hosts, the company that serves the pages may keep routine server logs, such as the time of a request, the page asked for and a network address. We do not receive those logs in a form tied to your name, and we do not use them to profile you.
If we add analytics or any tool that sets cookies later, we will update this policy first and name the tool. Your browser also lets you block or clear cookies at any time.
Tools such as the medicine check and the pack planner run on the page. As built, they do not send your answers to us.

What happens to the emails you send us?
We read them, answer them and keep them as long as we need to handle the question. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote.
Please do not send card numbers, full medical histories or other sensitive details to the website inbox. A short description is enough for a page question, and an order question belongs with the order desk.

Every order button on this site leads to the brand's sales page, which is a different website with its own checkout and its own privacy notice.
Once you leave this site, the rules of the sales page apply. Read its notice before you enter details, because it decides how your name, address and payment information are used.
We do not see your card data. The guarantee, shipping and returns steps are described on our guarantee page and refund policy, and they involve the order desk, not the website inbox.

Requests that involve an order, a card or a shipping address must go to the order desk, because that data is not here.
