Is a look-alike supplement a fair stand-in?
No. A different product has a different panel, so amounts and cautions change.
Many supplements share words like "brain" or "focus" and little else. The FDA tells shoppers to read the Supplement Facts and ask a provider, whatever the name (FDA 101, Dietary supplements). Wait rather than compare unlike labels.
