The bottle render prints "Clinical Memory Restoration" and "Focus | Clarity | Energy". The brand's information says the sales page offers "daily mental clarity", "sustained energy" and "cognitive well-being".
We could not read the sales page, so we repeat only what the brand's information says it says. All of this is the seller's wording. No source we found shows it.

Does the word 'clinical' mean it was studied?
Not by itself. We found no clinical study of VapoCept, so we do not say it was clinically studied.
The FTC says evidence on one ingredient may not support a claim about a finished combination, since dose, form and mix all matter (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). A word on a bottle is not a trial.

Do the doses match what studies used?
No. The panel amounts are a small fraction of studied doses.
A meta-analysis of arginine and blood pressure used 4 to 24 g a day, so its lowest dose is 20 times the 200 mg of arginine base listed (Dong 2011, Oral L-arginine and blood pressure meta-analysis). The beta-alanine position stand covers 4 to 6 g a day, and the listed 40 mg is about 1% of 4 g (ISSN position stand, Beta-alanine). Those studies looked at blood pressure and exercise, not thinking.
