The usual ones fall into three groups: herbs, vitamins and amino acids.

What are the amino acids on this list studied for?
Mostly for exercise and blood pressure, at grams a day.
Beta-alanine studies use 4 to 6 g a day for weeks (NIH ODS, Exercise and athletic performance (health professional)). Citrulline trials use about 6 to 8 g a day (Citrulline, perceived exertion and soreness meta-analysis (2020)). We found no cited human study of focus for citrulline or beta-alanine.

When it contains arginine, citrulline or similar ingredients and you take certain medicines.
