Reading Focus Supplements Reddit Threads Without Being Misled
Reddit threads about focus supplements are anonymous stories with no measurement or comparison group. We found no study of VapoCept and print no customer quotes. The FTC says paid posters must disclose payment, so check for that first.

Can you trust focus supplement posts on Reddit?
Treat them as stories, not evidence. A forum post is one anonymous person's report.
You cannot check the poster's age, health, other medicines or whether they were paid. The FTC says endorsements must reflect real use and that payments or free product must be disclosed (FTC, Endorsement Guides: what people are asking). Since 2024 the FTC also bans fake and undisclosed insider reviews (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews).
